The “Sierra Nevada Valleys Resort” is located in the
town of Güejar Sierra in the foot hills of The Sierra
Nevada. Facing South with breathtaking views. The resort
will consist of approximately 300 apartments delivered
in five phases sympathetically integrated in the town.
The town is well known locally for it´s hospitality,
local cuisine and strong cultural traditions. Its

Güejar Sierra will be, thanks to its new access road
under construction to the Sierra Nevada Ski Resort, the
nearest town to the ski resort offering access to the
sunniest ski slopes of Europe in 15 minutes. This is an

For golf players there are three 18 holes golf courses
within thirty minutes drive.
Granada centre and its world famous Alhambra Palace, its
night life and its many cultural events are all within a
